During all of this contact, we found Tom to be organized, always available to answer questions, and act as a good “sounding board” on negotiating with the various parties involved. He has shown good follow-through on questions and problems. He makes sure that he “protects” our interests and is fair with all parties involved. Besides all of the above, we have found that Tom is extremely ethical in his dealing with everyone involved.
Tom was instrumental in equipping us with market information and insights on the property we purchased. Tom has a great eye and appropriately shares his opinion in a balanced manner. We enjoyed working with Tom in the search process and remained impressed with Tom's diligence in seeing the deal through to the end. Tom gladly joined us for multiple walkthroughs during the inspection period and beyond and made introductions and appointments to various local trades (eg, independent inspection, electrician, plumber, HVAC). We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Tom to anyone starting or in the process of purchasing a home.
